*Progression Class: (For teens with mental illness)
A free 6 week course for teens 13-18 who are living with a mental illness. It is a safe place for teens to learn about mental health conditions, diagnosis, triggers, treatments, stigma, self-care and recovery, while meeting other teens with mental health conditions.  

Basics Class: (For parents & caregivers of children/teens with mental illness)
A free 6 week class for parents & caregivers of children/teens with a mental illness. This class helps parents & caregivers know how to support their child and better understand their mental health condition and the critical role families play in recovery.

*Peer-to-Peer Class: (For adults with mental illness)
A free 10 week course for adults living with a mental illness. This class encourages growth, healing & recovery and is taught by trained teachers who are Peer Mentors living in recovery themselves.

Family-to-Family Class: (For family or friends)
A free 12 week course for family, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness. This class is designed to help others better understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well-being.
